About Wendy Miller

Wendy began her career in Southwest Florida as an administrator for a large real estate office before becoming a licensed assistant to a husband and wife team working with both buyers and sellers. Wendy has worked with a luxury developer, where she learned the home building process from concept to certificate of occupancy and everything in between. In addition to FL, she has experience in NC & SC where she assisted a small team remotely, and onsite, who operated in both states. In 2016 she began working as a virtual transaction coordinator, handling the due diligence of new listings and sales from negotiation to closing.

Wendy is a pioneer in the Virtual Real Estate Assistance Industry, she is currently licensed in FL and NY, and actively pursuing her Florida Broker’s license. Wendy brings over twenty years of experience in Real Estate. She is not just a transaction manager, she assists with writing contracts, finding condo docs, and assists with inspections. Wendy knows the FAR and the NABOR contracts inside and out! You name it, she can do it! She keeps this team afloat and all of our transactions on track!
